On location and on a boat in the Maldives, Red Bull Rising athletes Tim Boal, Clint Kimmins, Michel Bourez and Gavin Gillette (and a few hangers on) set about explaining just what this WQS elite athlete program is all about. From this clip, it seems to be mostly about surfing perfect waves in boardshorts.
