Waves have been scarce through the early winter but banks are good and fingers are crossed for the coming freeze. Plenty of new beginners have been getting involved in the Norwegian waves this summer thanks to Session Surf School, love em or hate em, it’s great to see hundreds of female blonde beauties in wetsuits... or even better taking them off!
Volcoms VQS Codfish event kicks off this weekend in Stavanger with a buch of local Vikings ready to do battle in the waves, this is the 3rd year of the contest and even if the waves aren't too hot you can always guarantee the party will be... Don’t forget your wooly socks Youngy!
O'Neill recently sent its young Spanish teamriders on a little R&D surf trip in the ice box, photog Victor Gonzalez Garcia was the good time standout reckoning Norway is, ‘crazier than San Seb in summer, only they’re all blonde’!
