Lippy wins Easter QS in Portugal
It’s just another manic Monday...The Peniche WQS finished yesterday , the guys surfed all kind of conditions but in the end Marlon Lipke showed that he’s the man to beat. Let’s see what will happen in France now.
After a week or so in Peniche surfing with the boys better or worst waves, without classes, with lots of fun, the week starts with noooo waves at all! That sucks… Besides that, the central theme here in Portugal is Saca #1 in WQS ranking. That second place in Margaret River was amazing and something that everybody was expecting since the beginning of this year race. We hope that Tiago and all the Euroforce guys do something great this year, they have what it takes to do it and they deserve it. The curious thing is that everybody knows that this or that football player is injured or that business man is corrupt but just a small percentage of the portuguese know how amazing is Tiago’s result...Sad world this one.
Now it’s time to check the small waves again and probably go for a longboard… Peace,
