"Firewires give you 10kg and 10 years less than what you feel." Munga Barry. We've all heard about Firewire's 'twang' - the way the boards flex through turns, storing energy which is released as acceleration out of the turn, and we've all seen Taj ripping on them, but for most of us it comes down to Munga's quote. Whatever the technology is, it can turn good surfers into great surfers, and that's an alluring prospect. Look out for Firewire Demo Days throughout Europe this year, but until then those good people at Firewire are giving this little beauty to a lucky Surf Europe reader this month.
