Brest, France

Surf profile

Brest is a wide beach at the west coast of the peninsula, which is divided by a cliff in the middle at high tide. The area is very exposed to winds from the south west but is better to surf when the winds turn north east. This is one of the most consistent places to surf in the area with reliable waves year round from fun beach-break in summer to huge waves in winter. Best time to go is spring and autumn.
